That's deliberate: we can verify more landlords faster than any field team, and you still see the actual flat before you pay.
₦0. Always. Our revenue comes from optional landlord listing tiers (₦5k / ₦15k) and Property Management (₦7,500–₦25,000/month). We never take a cut of the rent.
Report it. We re-review flagged listings within 24 hours. If confirmed fraudulent, we refund any inquiry fees, ban the landlord, and flag their NIN so they can't re-register.
